Welcome to this week's RPDC Blow Your Horn Weekly Communication. Well, today is the last day of October, meaning today is Halloween : ) It also means we have a little less than a month left to get a list of Republican affiliated Poll Workers to the City Clerk and Town Clerks in preparation for the 2026 Spring and Mid-Term Elections. If you never did poll work at a polling place before, no need to worry. Poll Worker Training is provided at the County level and through RPW. It is pretty simple to do to and you get paid for being a Poll Worker too. I have been a Poll Worker (Poll Inspector) since 2022 election cycle and I have gained new skillsets along the way as well as making some new friends. And if you were a Poll Inspector in the past but went back onto the sidelines, well, it is time to get back into the game. We need as many Conservative Republicans to help make our elections fair, transparent with integrity along with the city and municipality clerks to abide by the state statue of having equal number of poll inspectors between the two parties in the polling place. It has become an issue within the city ward polling places of being lopsided. There are usually more Democrat Poll Inspectors along with Unaffiliated Poll Inspectors than Republican Poll Inspectors working in the polling place. Let's change the polling place landscape by signing up to be a Republican Affiliated Poll Inspector. This is a great way to get involved and serve in your community at the local level, the precinct level, right in your own backyard.
Pay attention to your mailbox for the upcoming 2026 Membership Drive Brochure. And when you fill out your membership application, do not forget to fill out the volunteer opportunities section in which one of the items on the list is to serve as a Poll Worker or act as a Poll Watcher ; ) Along with many other volunteer opportunities.
Lastly, this coming Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 at 6:30 pm is our Executive Board Meeting at RPDC Headquarters. Come find out the skinny about how our Liberty Rally faired on October 18th.
Have a wonderful Halloween Weekend!
God Bless You and God Bless America!
